According to the historical events at the beginning of the 17th century, many Armenians found themselves on foreign shores. By studying languages, forms of lending, local life, and customs, Armenians penetrated the various spheres of secular and spiritual activities. The map of Armenian trade was extensive: Europe, Russia, India, and other countries. Having great authority, Armenians managed to create their own markets, purely Armenian (national) trading houses, the National Constitution, and Armenian legislation in different colonies, and establish a printing house with the right to publish all kinds of books in the Armenian language. The capital of the merchants rightfully served not only for the expansion of trade, but also for intellectual activities, publishing many religious and secular books, maps, and reference books. Countless travels contributed to the formation of scientific, socio-political, and philosophical ideas of Armenian merchants. According to the figurative definition of G.G. Agakhanyan: just as a bee collects nectar from flowers, regardless of its will, it also pollinates flowers, performing perhaps much more important work from the point of view of maintaining order and continuity of nature, like the Armenian merchants who by transporting their goods, their way of life and their behavior, objectively contributed to the change (transformation) of morals and the development of thinking.
